Good afternoon!

I'm looking for an HTML code to generate a lottery system on my forum. The code needs to work on the Custom Page HTML Widget.

Basically, I want it so we can "hold" a lottery with preferably randomly generated numbers on a system like the standard real life lottery. If there's a way to see what numbers a member has, then be notified they won maybe?

I don't think this can be done entirely in HTML. I would recommend this more as a plugin request -- you can use plugins on the custom page HTML widget if someone configures the plugin to target an HTML id that is placed in the widget.

Moving over to Plugin Request Board — that said you're going to need to be way more specific on how you want the lottery system to work both from an admin perspective and a user experience perspective.
