Personally I wouldn't continue reporting but it can be helpful in determining the scope of the outages. It also helps in the sense that some folks get anxious during these situations and posting their URLs can help reassure them that the team has their site on their radar. So is it something that it will be solved today in an hour for instance or tomorrow because it is Sunday? Surely these angry birds do only damage to an open forum 24/7 As a general rule, PB begins to address issues same-day; however it cannot ever be promised that issues are **solved** in a day, because that's simply not how triaging, identifying, and fixing issues works. PB team does their best to resolve as soon as possible, and that's all that can ever be said. (EDIT: Tho it does appear the issue has been resolved now) The reason I brought up the weekend is not to say they won't (at least begin to) address the issue today, but rather that the initial time for a response may take a bit longer than if it happened during business hours while they actively monitoring the service. Also, generally, no *damage* is being done. It's incredibly rare (tbh I can only think of 1 instance in the last 23 years, which is the entire data centre caught fire in the mid 2000s) that a service outage impacts data.
