Hello! Today I'm requesting a plugin that could allow users to have a little bio on their profile page

Something that would turn this

It would also be very cool if users could add their own images(and maybe videos) into this Profile Bio space

maybe i'm being silly, but is there a reason why you don't use custom profile fields + the layout templates to accomplish this? not in a mean way, just curious if it was considered, or if there was a reason in particular you'd prefer it as a plugin.
