#1: Is spamming actually illegal?







#2: If yes what are the legal penalties for spamming?







#3: Can someone successfully sue someone for spamming?







#4: Can someone successfully put someone in jail because of spamming?







Just in case if anyone here (example this message board's strictest against posting spam staff member) yes I Jason do love the taste of black coffee it is literally the tasting drink in my opinion.

As with any question(s) regarding the legality of something, it's best to consult someone in the legal profession. As with most, if not all, threads I've seen posted regarding the legality of something, most, if not all, will respond with a disclaimer that they are not a lawyer and anything stated is not legal advice. As such, even though you stated these are only curiosity questions, they are still asking for legal advice - of which I doubt anyone here will do.

In the US alone, laws vary from state to state, so I'd suggest talking to a lawyer in your area to know what the laws are for there.
