So the thing is my forum width is too wide for smaller screens.
My forum width needs to be 1400px or the theme looks dumb. It looks good on my 14” inch laptop and on bigger screens, but the problem is that on smaller laptops the wrapper is too wide and you need to scroll from left to right.
Is there some way to make this right? Thanks in advance!

You can actually recode the entire forum to be a responsive design, so it all depends on how proficient you are with HTML and CSS + your familiarity with the layout templates. If you're not too familiar, I don't really recommend this route unless you're willing to learn on the fly since there's no like, easy guide or switch to flip. Since there aren't any guides or a switch to flip or a plugin or anything short of a completely different, already-responsive theme, if you're not comfortable doing it yourself, you're probably kind of out of luck unless you find a theme that is already made to be responsive (or at least fluid width).
