Username Hover

Hey hey,

I want to make usernames, including the ones that have a member group attached to them, change into a a certain colour upon hovering your cursor on top of them — preferably a sort of muted dark blue.

The idea is similar to how people make links highlight upon hover. How do I make that happen for usernames?

I'm posting this in Themes because I'm fairly sure there's a CSS solution to this.
