Changing Default Font Colours

I want to make the default font color="blue" slightly more muted for my forum. As in, when you type it out like blue it appears in a different colour. Something like #3b719f.

Is this possible? If so, how would that be executed?

In case people are wondering about this, I had an interesting idea. I used the Censored Words tab in the Admin Panel to censor the exact phrase font color="black" and replaced it with the hex I wanted (in this case, font color="151d27"). I did this in order for the black font to correspond with the default black text on my forum.

You have to check Exact Word for this in order to cause the least amount of issues possible whenever you want to type something like "font color" or "black" individually.
