A quick search has shown that at least one person requested this, but nobody responded with anything useful.
What I want is a plugin and accompanying discord bot that would send a message in a specific discord channel every time someone posts something on the forum, with a link to the thread. I have a forum that my friends and I use for writing projects, but we mostly communicate through discord. We can sometimes go weeks between posting there, and sometimes we forget to mention that we posted something, and thus it goes unnoticed. In theory a discord bot would help fix this problem.
