dianeevans0603 - 1. Go to Admin > Structure > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper template. 2. Scroll down and find the shoutbox variable: $[shoutbox] 3. Highlight it and cut it (control+x for pc / command+x for Mac). 4. Click Save Changes button then click the <<Back button 5. Click on the Home template 6. Create a new line above $[news] and on that new line paste the shoutbox variable, so it looks like this: $[shoutbox] $[news] 7. Save changes. Please note with any template change it only affects the theme shown in the "current theme". If you have other active themes you want the change to affect, you'll need to repeat the steps for each theme. (Use the dropdown selector to change themes.) Please let me know if you have any questions.

dianeevans0603 - "Cut it" is removing it from the page but keeping a copy in the browser's memory. Instead you can just delete the variable from the Forum Wrapper and type it back in on the Home template.
