That's absolutely okay! For what it's worth though, the rules are in place simply to make sure that you get exactly what you want without a lot of back-and-forth between yourself and request filler, since they are voluntarily assisting. Making sure you have a vision and any required resources like the colours you want, images you want, fonts you want, etc, makes things easier for the person filling your request to deliver in a timely manner.

It's definitely not a path for everyone, especially if you have the know-how to make something yourself. I just wanted to give some additional context as to why the requirements are this way. It is 100% absolutely your choice, and there is no right or wrong decision here on this end, do whatever makes you most comfortable!
