Add a column to the header row

The default columns in a post listing are Subject, Created By, Replies, Views, and Last Post. I am trying to see if there is a way to add a column, say #Likes, to show how many likes a post has received.

Any help will be most appreciated.

Likes are only applied to individual posts. That's why threads are jealous.
