I'm kind of tired of getting in my car and instantly melting so I'm looking at sun visor options. Swear when it's 80 it feels like 100 in my car and the AC takes a good ten minutes to cycle around. No option to really park in the shade. I was looking at something like this not looking to spend tons on something that may give the same benefit. Vepagoo Car Windshield Sun Shade Window Cover Shade Interior Sun Protection Curtain 59inX29in, UV Rays and Sun Heat Protector, Keep The Car Interiors Cool, Prevents Dashboard Fade and Crack. a.co/d/9DaBzIS

The one you listed looks thin, and at that price point I wonder how long it'll hold up. Finding one that's going to be easy to put up and take down is important, otherwise you're going to end up not using it. You shouldn't be able to see through a sun shade at all. Window tinting the side windows, if allowed in your state/city, is also a huge help. Cracking your window just a tiny bit also allows some of the built up heat to get out. Today's supposed to be 110F here, so I do know a bit about sunshades, haha.
