Moving Navigation Bar to align with theme

Hi there. I'm making a theme where I need to align  up the Navbar to an alloted slot in the Background. You can see this in this Image > So yeah. The first slot will be edited to include the website URL (once my dad allows me to purchase one lol) and the Second is where the Navbar is meant to go. So if there's a plugin for this or i can do it already, Please help.

nvm fixed it, learned CSS. psa-online-boards.boards.net by the way. PHW Revival. but a whole new issue has arisen, where the login, register and log out links have just gone. poof.

I'm sorry to hear that. However, again: forum URL? No one can diagnose a problem they cannot see, at best I would be guessing from a magical hat of comedic prompts or assuming it was the Butler in the Library with a Candlestick.

psa-online-boards.boards.net <--- The URL, right there. I'm working on a workaround and a callback to the style of PHW, having the "login, logout" be in the Bar at the bottom. Trying to get it to change displays when you're logged in or not.

Hell to do that, though. Have to fiddle around with things only meant for the forum wrapper and it "working" less than a Fifth of the time.

How familiar are you with HTML and CSS? Theoretically, the login/out links can just be a single variable in the layout templates and it shouldn't be complex at all to move them. From my examination of the design, the problem isn't with the links but rather the amount of links contained in the menu bar that has a static, predefined maximum width.

Happy to walk through this with you but I need to understand a baseline knowledge first so I can adjust my responses accordingly.

I'm mostly familiar with HTML, partly with CSS.

The Thing i'm trying to do is put the Login-Logout and register links inside that section below the banner,
and have the linked images swap to different things depending on the state of Logged you are, and I'm trying to do this all in the header.
