Have any of you watched about scams on YouTube or elsewhere before? I Jason have.
Also if someone receives (gets) a text to their smartphone saying something like
'' We are writing to inform you that your recent order of Order from our store has been successfully delivered to the following address:
Name Address Country
However, we have noticed that you have initiated a chargeback with your bank today. To resolve this issue, we will be providing the following information to your bank and takes step for fraud chargeback ''
is such a text message is it a scam or legitimate?

Sounds like a scam to me. Never click on a link from an email. Scammers love to create a sense of urgency. If you're unsure, call your bank, never to a number provided by an email. Always use the number provided on your bank statement or the bank's official website. Even if it looks like the link in the email is to the official website, don't click on it. For more on scams, visit the FBI's page: www.fbi.gov/how-we-can-help-you/scams-and-safety/common-scams-and-crimes

Nothing has ever happened, and I just report them and delete, but still.

I love watching Jim Browning on Youtube! He helps you learn so much, the most recent one I watched was where a scammer calls random numbers crying saying they got in a car crash, and the victim thinks it is their daughter/son, then they hand it over to the 'police' who say you have to pay etc. Like others have said never ever trust a link, even from a friend you never know when they have been hacked when in doubt, highlight google what they have sent to see if it's a scam or ask them if they sent it.

...is such a text message is it a scam or legitimate? Its a scam...the bank will not send you any text messages, also they dont just call, if they want something they send you a letter.
But anyway i kept getting text messages from the "post office" and they wanted £2 to be paid for delivery...or I had messages like "your internet is broken" then they want all details of who your provider is etc....Nah doesnt wash with me, I just hang up or delete the messages

I have gotten these a lot and they're always scams. You know how to check the email address from the sender for sites you regularly visit and might not realize is a scam, right? That's the best way when it's say, Amazon or someone you might actually use. However, ideally for others (like USPS) scams, you can generally call them directly. I even had a notice scam on my door from USPS about a package that failed to deliver that looked legit. Went up to the store and they had nothing in their system related to it. I just still have no idea why xD. My sister actually fell for this one years ago! She called me up too late and was explaining the whole scam to me and how she actually lost money. Instead of wanting her account info, though, it was more of the bounced check scam or something. They "sent" her something like ~$4k, it was crazy. I remember telling her she should have called me first. And asking her, "Did you even enter the lottery?" (Nigerian Lottery scam one). xD She's like, "No". So I asked her, "then how did you win it?"
