The Good Old Days

I think we had a thread like this a few years back but me reflecting as an old man in my childhood days, we had no TVs, mobiles, computers, iPads, Playstations etc and just got up early, had our breakfast then either head off to school or out to play with our pals.

One of the things we would do was build a go-cart out of old fruit boxes and old pram wheels then head off to the local hills for go-cart races.

My dad was less than thrilled when he discovered that I took the wheels off of his lawn mower to build a go-cart.
