ELO's Jeff Lynne recorded superb renditions of two classics for his 1990 'Armchair Theater' album which have an autumn theme and that I like.

I don't usually listen to a lot of regular music that is fall or spooky themed. However, I do have a few favorite video game soundtracks that get me in the mood! These are from the Roller Coaster Tycoon series!

Here's a CD I've listened to countless times for near 30 years. It's what might be called "ambient" music, or background music, perfect for when you're on the computer. Parts of it sound like it could be used in a suspense movie. There are four distinct melodies in the first half hour, which then repeat in a different order in the second half hour.
