My pc must be haunted or I am going crazy, I installed ccleaner and advance system care however when they both were installed they vanished from the desktop and in c drive, whats going on? I have searched the pc but cant find it anywhere  |

Have you looked in the Control Panel, then Programs and Features?

Have you tried running the installers again? If they were installed then it should give the option to uninstall both of them.

Does anyone have remote access to your computer? Did you already scan for spyware, viruses, and malware?
