Navigating Free Speech in the UK: Guidelines for Caution in Critique and Commentary
Hello Support Community, Unlike the USA, where the First Amendment protects freedom of speech, the UK operates under free speech allowances that have gradually diminished. Therefore, should we provide a guideline warning UK participants in our forum to exercise caution if they post criticisms, complaints, or concerns that do not align with the UK government's narrative.

The First Amendment doesn't apply to private platforms. Americans can censor any member for any reason they want.
If your country has specific laws about what can/can't be said about the government, then definitely remind your members that per the ProBoards ToS, they have to follow the law.
