By using a background image. To be more specific, when you have your background image, you need to use some css to center it, and then have it repeat-y.

0ooh. Thanks! I asked Alan (graphics genius )... "I just make it 1px tall and about 2000 wide, just to clear all resolutions" Once you have created your image, come back and ask for the CSS code
