transparent cell behind banner with no border?

I'm looking for a code that will make the cell that the banner goes into tranpasparent with out a border?....

I know it's out there some where, but i can't find it....Does anyone know what it is?

This in Headers should remove the border

Thats great thx but i want the whole of that cell to be transparent, as well as the border around it.....this is so i can use a transparent gif for a banner?

You could try this in the Header to make it transparent but I don't know if it'll work
