Sig limitation by rank

I want a code that makes it so that below a certain rank you can only have a sig under or exactly at a certain size then when you are at or pass that rank you can have a bigger sig.

The rank does not appear on the edit profile page. I don't believe it's possible to determine the size of the image from the edit profile page either. By "bigger", do you mean the size of images in the signature, or the number of characters allowed? A signature is not an image, but it can have an image in it.
