#1 - Color choice is a bit odd... unique, but odd. I like the idea you were aiming for, but entirely it looks as if it's still in designing stage. The edges could be a lot crispier, try to steer away from the fuzziness Also, it's a bit too of one color. There's no real sense of depth or divisioin besidies the lines. I think the menu buttons would look a lot better centered, or even along the banner in a curve Keep working at it!

#2 - A LOT Better than the 1st, but again I think the menu buttons would look better centered Also, I think you went overboard with scanlines Maybe leave the main content without scanlines, the background and banner can have them though. Makes text hard to read I like the glow you've added, gives it a good touch. I think the content box should be a tad lighter than the background, just so it stands out. It IS the content you want the viewers to read, afterall

#3 - Sometimes plain is better =D I like this one the best out of all 3, One because I love Red and black, and the logo is really unique =D Did you make it yourself? Just one thing missing : The menu? I do like the way the content is displayed, like I said... sometimes simple is better =D

1: I don't really like the rounded top at the top. Stroke looks jagged, maybe no stroke.

2: I think it's my favourite out of those 3 interfaces. menu buttons could use so work, like maybe rounding them.

3: Nice and simple, I like =P.

#1 - I like the general idea, but you didn't quite pull it off. The shapes are a good idea, but the strokes don't work well - I don't suggest using them. Is that bevel you've used? If it is, don't use it, it looks awful on web layouts. Text is the best part of it I think. Oh, and the background, use blue not grey. The reddish grey you've chosen doesn't look good.

#2 - With some work, this could be good. I'm not entirely fond of the banner, use a shape more of the type of the polygonal one below it. The content header - it's too big, size it down a little. Buttons are OK, but could be worked on, and the general concept just needs a little work on it. A good start though.

#3 - My favourite of the three. The simplicity works far better. In the background, tone down on the scanlines, but the general idea is good. Move the text on the banner to the right so it flows out a bit more, and try some burn/dodge brushing on it so it doesn't look too flat. In the content area, make some content boxes of a sort, tables with a gradient header with scanlines would work fine I'd say.

Good job though, good luck with these. You could go a long way

1: The shapes are unique, but the colors doen't really match. Try to add some more depth.

2: I think you need an outer border here (starting from the edges of the banner). Not really fond of the scanlines here, try to lower the opacity.

3: This is better, since the contents are actually engulfed by a content box. Still need to loose the scanlines and do with a decent and unique pattern. Not fond of the logo either.
