Hehe, tried out a house from a tut. Turned out okay, but now I'm stuck.

What should I try now?

Heh, try this.

Make an isometric green square and try making a graveyard. Make some different size isometric tombstones, etc.. Also, you can make a small stone wall around it with a steel gate.

It's fun and you can do it in peices. Also try making the base color a washed out dark purple too. Looks cool. Spooky even.

The nice thing about isometric pixel drawing is that they're are set lines to draw and it's easier to do because you can follow a grid.

Just read up on some of the tutorials listed at the site I linked to and start with something simple.

Start with a house.

I personally love the Prison Complex Tutorial on Zog's site.
