First graphic in Photoshop

Well I know the text is still crappy but bleh...

The pic you used is rather choppy...Apart from that, yeah, the sig colors are good and all...But just not my thing.

Add some borders and it would look better

Does need a border, and try to go a little simpler. For being first timer, just start off with simple smudging or even just the default brushes The background is a bit TOO random, and I would take out the splattered part at the left, kind of looks choppy. I like the idea of the white glow around the shape of the stock, keep working at it

I mainly need text tuts. But I havn't figured out how to do a border yet in Photoshop. And Dark. The render actually isn't choppy. It's the why I made the graphic.

MUCH BETTER! That 2nd one is a very big improvement. Colors in the background go great with the stock. One suggestion, would be to put the border on last Looks more even when the border is first =)

As you said. I added a border. I also tried a little something. and I removed the bad text..
