Well, I think its decent. Only second one in a few....months? (I forget. >.>)

Did the lines (i think everyone calls it "pen tool" or something) with my wacom graphite. First time trying that effect out and i don't thing i botched it horribly. Maybe just a little. 8P

ive seen that render and imo you should do some research as it may be a deviant art submission which means you may be making osme general gfx rules.

othar than that not a bad tag thought the lines kind of destory the focal point imo

Please try to put a bit more input into your rates. Say what you like and what you don't like, as a simple "It's nice" doesn't really help the designer. Thanks

First of all, could you ensure you credit whoever made the render? Basic copyright.

Anyway, on to a rate. I like the general idea, and the colours are good, but it's extremely busy and doesn't really have a focus. The blue lines over the top; I'm not really liking them, and it's one of the main reasons the focal point is hard to see.

There is a definite flow here, but you need to give a definite end with a border. 1px in black would be fine, unless you want to use a dark blue of some sort.

@snhb i know its a render on planet render. however sometiems people render stuff they shouldnt. just saying
