i love the text, but take out the "frzstyle" from it.
that's all i have to suggest other than maybe bring the stock out more.

I quite agree with you frz - it looks pretty damn good. I like the text and the whole sig has a nice effect. The focal could be worked on a bit but the flow is great and the lighting is well placed. Only suggestions are to maybe blend the c4ds in a bit more and add a border (maybe a black 1px with a thick bar on one side). Think I probably prefer v2 but I'm not really sure.
