I think it's pretty good, but I think you should work on erasing the background of the stock a bit more. IF you look in the bottom right corner you've left some of the stock there. Just above the rectangular signature too, and several other areas.
Work on these things and it should be awesome =)

I 2nd what GR said about the erasing stock bit.
Anyways, the actual sig background is really nice. I like the dots and abstractyness of it. Text could use a little touching up. Also, next time, in a pop-out, try not to let the image that is popping-out get cut off by the edges of the canvas size. Looks wierd. 8P
