i usally work in Photoshop this was done it Paint Shop Pro my first ever! one so dont be to harsh

You've done a good job here.

I like the idea of the tapestry like structure. It's been coloured and made well. The background needs to be a little less busy however. Try to lower the opacity of the blue dots.

You do need a visible border here. Try a black outer border then a white border inside on a lower opacity.

Text seems fine.

Its definitely a different idea. The foreground splashes of color are well made and are certainly eye-catching. The background/blue hazy dots aren't as appealing to me and I suggest you get rid of those. Also, I see you didn't add a border. Text isn't as good as it could have been. Maybe a simple sans-serif font? (Das Reicht Gut is a good one and I use it obsessively.) Isn't Photoshop better than Paint Shop Pro, though? (I don't use either, [GIMP!], so I wouldn't know.]
