- First of all the BG matches very well. Second the blending with the BG and Render is not great. Try feathering it at 10 px
- Another thing is you did'nt really do anything atall with the render. it just look's like you cut and pasted it :/ Maybe you should put some effect's on it, or lower the opacity, or put some scanlines on it. What do you use btw?
- Text is good it goe's with the BG, and blend's nicely with the colors. The red line in the center is way too bold tho. Try lowering the Opacity.

I think it looks good. It doesn't have insane amounts of detail like some images, but it doesn't really matter, it's effective as it is.
