2 new (i tried something new)

I did this w/o a tut my first w/o one. My friend designs like this so I tried it. This is also my first time not using a render, but a stock photo. Don't be too harsh

The colors are too... red. Also, on the first one there is too much negative space. Text needs work. Try downloading some fonts from dafont.com. A sans-serif font would be good. Also, the image is kinda blurry and a bit small for my tastes. Maybe make the football people a bigger size.

On first glance I thought it was from a horror movie, because of the colours you've used. Maybe not the best choice for American Football players. I still can't tell what the thing to their left is, if it's a terrifying monster then I guess the colours are ok.

The text is a little too thin, and doesn't really stand out. On a huge painting then you wouldn't expect text to stand out, but on a sig then it needs to be more noticeable.
