[Welcome to the internet?]
Whenever I start these sort of things, I get really... pumped to fill these things with a bunch of Anne Sexton inspired allusions, and what I realize is... it makes me sound like an elitist. So, instead, I'm going to try a really honest approach. Yeah, and here I am already considerably staring at my navel too much (that's something of a mumpsimus I use to explain looking too deeply into myself). Anyhow.
Hello, proboards. If you are so inclined to know, I am happy to say, implying to those of you who are, my name. Oh, and it's Maggie.
Some of my favorite things in the whole world, but are not limited to: little airports, chasing lampcords back to the wall, independent radios, writing your name in the clouds, undoing the ceiling by staring at it long enough, giant forks and spoons, and wooden ladders.
And you can often hear me quoting Hemingway and Duchamp at inappropriate times. And I'm a self-proclaimed radical and artist. I like to write and photograph under certain circumstances. And, if you haven't noticed, I'm too loose with words. There. Done.
Forgive me if this, as Larry David may say, was a jetstream of bull and pretention. Brevity is something my cyber-spatial volubility lacks.

Heh, it sort of... 'startled' me when referred to me as Maggie. I think my alias name sounds less abrasive online.
I did not expect anyone to labor through my incredulous syntax and word choice and then respond to it. And then to have sustained my name through that. So thank you, dear tsk.

Hi, Maggie
Liking to talk is a good trait to have on a chat board! So, welcome! Good to meet you!

Haha, oh dear. I do seem to like to talk. I think it's just the way my writing tends to be elaborate and overly redundant, as in, I think I've gathered overtime a self-indulgent and faux-euphuistic and perhaps arrogant and ostentatious and maybe even a tai-bo poignancy in the way I 'chat' with others online. Perhaps just speaking for myself, but it's a way for myself to express the internal workings of my usual socially inept self that I don't get the chance to do face to face. Enough of my ramblings again! Thank you for your welcome, I enjoyed the fact that you called me by my innate appellation, too.

That is true beast, some long words will do that.
