New, Thanks ... and: Are Ads Allowed on Boards

Hello. Glad to be here.

For 2 days after finding ProBoards and concluding that it is probably *perfect* for my high school's reunions and contact website, I've perused posts and Google trying to answer the above question without success. The TOS, web et al cover much about what is possible and advertising your forum, but nothing I've seen saying if advertising ON a forum is ok ... as in Google Adsense, affiliate ads, etc.

So all help is appreciated in advance on that matter.

Hello and welcome to ProBoards Support.

To answer your question you must first purchase ad-free credits for your board before you can put your own advertisments on your forum.

For future reference questions like this should be posted in the Support Board.

Adding to what Slacker just said, even if you do not have ad-free, you may affiliate on your board with an affiliates table. The only thing is that when you do get ad-free, you are not allowed to get google adsense for your board.
