WARNING FOR "PRIVATE MESSAGING"

Hi, can i havea code like what patrick used to have, when some one wants to PM me i want a pop up tol say "All "what gun" threads and questions about how guns work will be ignored" i run an airosft forum and i awnt to not have spam. Thanks for your help.

Location: Main Footer or Header (either or)
Edit: Just edit where it says 'admin', 'warning'. The first parameter is the username of the individual you want to add the warning to, and then the next is the warning itself. Just continue adding the "pmWarning" line for more warnings.
