can someone provide me with a iframe coding?? cuz i'm trying to integrate my forum into my website but dont' know how since i'm new at this and first time actually doing html... please help

iframes won't help you integrate your website with your forum. You just need to have a link to your forum in the navigation area of your website, like HERE for example.

Make your forum in the same style as the website (or vice-versa) as SSD have done. That is your only option. Iframes would not be the answer even if they were allowed / possible. I don't think you fully know what they are, or maybe you're thinking of regular frames, which still won't work.
