This is what I have done.... in the Admin area I went into the censored word
For the word that I have banned... such as the F word...... I have it set up that instead of it putting a new word in its place I have a red Warning message
Message says... Warning.. posting words like this will get you banned from this forum
And seeing as I have it print out in bright red when I am looking at any of the post or my moderators are looking they will see this as it will stand out... then I can personally send the persona PM warning them.. and I make sure they know that it will not be tollerated on my forum
