Pm code

Im using a code to put an image under your menu bar when you have new messages or not . But for some reason it always says i have no new messages, even when i do. How can i correct this?

Well if you made the code or have permission can you post it? I'm too lazy to veiw source.

It shouldn't be in the pm bar code. It should be somewhere in the headers.
