Is there a code for auto pm to new members?

I can't find a code that will auto generate a pm to new members when they join...one that I can edit with my own welcome message and would go out to a new member the minute they join...is there such a code?

i don't think there's a code for an auto pm, but here's one for a new member alert.

I tried using it after I put it into my main header and it didnt show up after rejoining ...so not sure what to do..
