Help with my affiliates code

If you would go to my site, and scroll down to the bottom of the screen, you would see that the affiliates box is much longer than all the other boxes. I want to change it so it is exactly the same size as the information box things. How do I do that?

Also, in this code, the color of the font in the title is black, so to make it look good, I had to change all the other title's text color to black. Can I edit the code so that it's text color will be the same as every other title and category is?

1. At the begining of the code is this:

Change the red to 92% or whatever you want.


2. Near the begining of the is this:
<font size='2' class='cattext'>

Remove the blue
