Forum URL: ultimateutopia.proboards76.comI'm having a problem w/one member, and it's become very frustrating. She has always accessed my site w/out a problem, and all of a sudden it says the page cannot be loaded. She has had her work IT guy look at it, and he is clueless. She has cleared cookies and all of that general stuff. Here is what comes up: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address. What you can try: Diagnose Connection Problems More information This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including: Internet connectivity has been lost. The website is temporarily unavailable. The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable. The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain. If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section. For offline users You can still view subs Help would be much appreciated!!!

If she is behind a firewall that may be blocking her access... tell her to try www.proboards76.com and see what happens?

I'm sorry, I totally forgot to add that. She can access other Proboards, which obviously says firewall. However, her IT guy said there is no firewall.

Sure it's 172 20 13 21.
The IT guy tried accessing it from HIS computer, which was also a no-go. I'm completely confused.

Has the IT guy tried running a tracert?
That IP is not blocked from the server, so either it's blocked that end, or there is an issue on route from that connection to the proboards76.com server.

After you go to the proboard, does it say in the address bar "http:///"?

Oops!
The IT guy is kinda out of the picture now, this is at her job and she obviously doesn't want to draw more attention that she's on a non-work website.

Oops! The IT guy is kinda out of the picture now, this is at her job and she obviously doesn't want to draw more attention that she's on a non-work website. Then it could be an internal block, if it is at work. Since it is most likely against work policy, i can't really help, nor can i without knowing what the issue is But there is nothing this end blocking her.
