Problems with centering links in Info Center

There is a problem with the vertical centering of some of the links in the Information Center on our board. The links within the Events This Month catagory are at the top of the box instead of centered vertically. Also the Today's Birthday links are not centered properly. All the others appear to be ok. Is there a code to fix this problem or is this something staff has to correct?
