Directed to old link (not my domain name)

Just a quickie

Members logging into my forum are getting the message that the domain has run out and it is referring to my old proboard link to the forum before I purchase my own domain???

This happened last year as I recall when work was been done on this site but was rectified immediately

Can someone please let me know what I should do as my domain name www.menorcainformationboard.com is still active for another 2 years with the host just checked?

Hi

You may need to renew your custom domain subscription with us. You would have been told when you started the custom domain that it was a yearly subscription. Check the Domains section in your admin area for further information

Could you check that the payment has been successful and completed and that it is not pending. Random payments are selected by google to run additional checks before being confirmed. You should be able to check the status of the payment in your google account.
