There is an individual on another message board who faslely accused me of plegiarising her forum when I never did. Plegiarism is when someone takes something without concent? Well, there is a certain content that I asked her if I could use it and she said yes. Now she's completely denying the fact that she ever did. The thing is, she posted it publicly on her forum. I felt like posting a few things myself on my forum, but that's just not right. This individual has accused me of slandiarizing her forums when I have not. She's actually doing that to my own forum. What do I do? I sent in a complaint for the violations of Terms of Service or whatever...although....I am not exactly sure if that's a violation?

It is better to say nothing at all if you have nothing better to say.

It is better to say nothing at all if you have nothing better to say. Why? This is nothing more than juvenile whining! Oh boo-hoo! Get over it and write your own data, Charlotte.

I removed the content, but....I'm just not sure what to do about this situation. This individual acts as though I stole everything on her forum when I didn't. There was just one of her posts that I wanted on my forum and she agreed to it.
You think that comment sounds more mature? I came to this section and asked for help on how to appropiately handle this situation. Also, I have written plenty of my own data thank you very much.
Goodness, neither of you even know me and already you guys are trying to start an arguement... This forum isn't for argueing. It's for helping.

I've tried talking things out with her but she just *shakes head* It's a long story.
The content on my forum has been removed. However, the post she made about my forum still remains.

If you two want to help out in Support, please do so. If you want to just make stupid comments, don't post! That's not helping even a little bit We try to keep the Support Board a little more professional than the rest of the boards here, and comments like those do not help in any way, shape, or form Kapt~`'-

You can try to post on her board, saying that you've removed the content. Or just drop it. You now don't have the content on your site anymore. Unless a lot of your members come from that site, I don't think it is a big problem. You can try reporting it as a TOS violation. Hate is against the TOS, if you consider it that. You can read the TOS here

Thank you everyone for your help and support. It would be considered hate the things she posted about my board.
I'm not so sure if everyone understood my first post. It's one for someone to steal without consent. It's another for someone to say they never gave permission to use this particular content publicly (when they did so) in front of everyone on their forum three times.
I did complain that it was a TOS violation, but I wasn't sure if it was, which is why I created this post. But I've found my answer. Thank you.

What would be considered copyrighting? I read somewhere that it only concerns Images or something like that?

What do you mean by that exactly? "If she has the copyright."
