What do you mean by that exactly? "If she has the copyright." I'm wondering that to, seems a lot of people tend to throw the word copyright on everything withone said thing even being copyrighted. I wonder how many script writters and such have applied and recieved there copyrights from www.copyright.gov/

As soon as you publish something, it is copyrighted to yourself.

May I make a suggestion? Next time you ask someone to use their material, get their consent in writing, and post it with article you want to use. Saves a lot of aggravation.

I am one of the moderators on the forum you are speaking of, and know for a fact that the content you have taken was plagiarized material. Not only is this information plagiarized, but you have been banned a total of three times, and continue to harass an individual at our forum by finding ways around her ban, and continuing through email. Many times we have tried to deal with you civically, but through out the entirety of the situation you have reacted negatively, when we tried to remain polite and reason with you. In the beginning we asked that you remove it, or direct link the owner of our forum so that proper credit could be given where it was due. When this did not happen, she reported you for your violations, and was justified in making a post that pointed out the copyrighted material. The very namesake of your site takes the concept and ideas she created. Already twice you have moved two forums because she reported you to your providers for stealing. I am disappointed to see that you are continuing to do so.

I don't understand why this thread is here since it's been since December? It was way down there. This is an old thread. I didn't see that reply before until recently. I never harassed that individual, but she was the one who harassed me, and kept on e-mailing me, when I didn't want her to, because I just wanted to let it go. I was banned a total of three times? Yeah. I was banned for asking help to build a website. Also, it was okay for her to approach everyone else about it but me by posting everything she thinks I've done wrong publicly, but not okay for me to approach it to her privately? I never even gave her permission to e-mail me in the first place. It was obvious in the comment she made publicly. Hello. You guys didn't responde politely. If you have, I wouldn't have responded negatively. I only responded with the truth. But, if ProBoards said I didn't plegiarize, then I didn't plegiarize, and they've said that. They themselves even saw the material and denied it. More then one individual in this thread says that I didn't plegiarize my board. Someone told me that groups, idea's, and concepters are not copywritten. Not to mention, a lot of that information that user gave was false. This individual cannot own role-play groups that seperate themselves by the anime, manga, etc... besides...I came up with my own group idea's that she does not have, my own concepts, and names. It doesn't even look like I pelgiarized her board. I have had permission from ProBoards through a thread, and a private message I have saved. She might have reported me, but she has been turned down through every report. So, stop accusing me of plegiarism. They even told her that I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't have to give credit because she wasn't the only one who could come up with these "group" idea's. She complained that getting permission from her was false, when you just proved that she did approave of it. How can it be plegiarism when she did give me permission? Even so, it's only groups, like staff member groups. They're all almost the same on every board, so I wouldn't even have to get permission in the beginning, otherwise all of the Furuba forums would have been deleted by now for being similar. Make that role-play boards with the same subjects. I've moved my forum more then once because you guys completely bashed it and posted it publicly about my forum, invading my privacy, when I did not deserve that. I went to ProBoards about the situation through this thread, asking for help, and all you can do is point fingers, even after they've answered, and said I didn't do anything wrong? In your response, you just proved that this individual lied to her forums, and this one itself by saying I didn't get permission from her. Look up the definition of plegiarism! You just proved that I got concent for her, and she approved. In the beginning, she did not ask for credit even. I told her I'd post her link on my site, but then removed it when I was treated badly. Why should I have kept her link after personally attacking me and then bashing about my site publicly over these groups? Groups out of all things. This has to be one of the most stupid and immature arguements I've ever had... fighting over group names... I really didn't want this out in the open publicly. After seeing that thread, I felt the need to elaborate. This thread has been answered. No reason for it to continue.
