+1 to server error when trying to import the 'Quick Reply BBCode Buttons' plugin
no other plugins
no ad-blocker
going on about 3 hours now ...

I'm curious why you ask whether Ad-Block is enabled. Is Proboards planning to stop the site running for folks who have adverts blocked?
I know of many small and large businesses where Ad-Block runs on all PC's - set by windows policy - over which the users have no control.
Some use it because they've had trouble in the past with malware loaded adverts, while others block ads because they've got limited internet bandwidth, and still others are using citrix servers with a finite processing capacity.
