Forum URL: therealpitbull.proboards.com/Hi, I've been unable to approve new members. This has happened twice so far. Members are shown pending, we myself or my mod try to approve, the name in the que disappears, but the new member is not added. Please help?

Any update on this? We are losing new members? Just wondering if there was a time estimate on when the issue would be remedied. Thanks so much, guys!

Hey there,
The initial issue should be resolved at this point, but the members that you've approved should always have been able to log in and post - the error simply caused the member count to update incorrectly so new members wouldn't be shown in the Information and Statistics Center and the Total Members count would be off.
Can you see the members in question from the Members tab?

No, I cannot see the members at all. It's like they vanished once they were approved.

I'm sorry, it does look like the last few members we tried to approve are listed amongst the members.

Hi again....the members seem to be getting approved ok, but I am getting error messages, still. Like this one just popped up when I tried to approve my latest member:
Invalid request token / possible request forgery (error 1). If you received this message in error, please go back, refresh, and try again.
