Pages Loading Slow

for months now all my pages load like this

ive reset my Forum Wrapper template and that didnt help. i took the table i have in the header out and that didnt help. when the page first loads i get a scroll bar that only goes so much at the top like in the pic. can someone please try to figure out why

Does this happen on a brand new blank theme with no plugins enabled?

with a new theme with all the plugins still in, the all pages problem was pretty good but i still caught it doing it once. now it doesnt do it everytime but the majority of the time

without plugins it didnt do it

the posting page still loads like that with plugins or without plugins, with the new theme

You're telling me two different things here. Which is it?

a new theme and without plugins, on my site, i dont know what else to say, it loads fine

i posted two different problems, the first was the first pic i posted, thats fine without plugins and a new theme

the second problem was just the posting page, the last two pics i posted. the text input loads the width of the forum and without the UBBC then opens to what i have the width set to

that happens with or without plugins with a new theme

this proboards support forum opens without a second of a width change and the UBBC is there

I'm still not sure I follow.

On the default theme, what's currently broken? What browser are you using when these are broken, and are you absolutely sure all plugins are disabled on that theme?

i cant explain it anyway else, ive said it twice and posted pics showing exactly what is wrong, maybe someone else can help

In regards to the message box, when I visit the new topic or reply page on your forum it always looks like it does in the last screenshot you provided in your post. Looks that way to me in both Firefox and Chrome. Can you try using a different web browser and see if that makes a difference for you?

in safari it loads perfect, chrome it stills loads like the pic. but pbs support loads fine for me in firefox

with a brand new theme with the plugins still in it loads fine in chrome, the posting page

Can you try enabling the private browsing function of Firefox and see if you notice a difference with that enabled?

its not in menu drop down where it used to be or in preferences
