Um this is very very weird. When I load the Home page all the text comes up in gigantic letters: A simple F5 fixes it but wondering why it is happening in the first place. Thanks!

Hi pichu2pikachu2raichu, Just visited the forum with firefox and did not experience this myself. Out of curiosity, when this happens if you were to press CTRL + 0 on your keyboard, does the text return to normal size? Or does it remain at the large size when you do that?

Just managed to re-create the issue and pressing crtl+0 did not do anything.
The only thing that fixes it is a F5

Thanks for giving it a try; thought maybe you had the zoom enabled which CTRL + 0 would be the way to reset that. Since that didn't work, can you try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps?

Did that, sad to say that did not fix it. Since these computers have Deep Freeze on them that might be the cause or something, IDK just an idea.

You could try temporarily disabling it to see if that helps, otherwise try viewing the forum with the Private Browsing mode of Firefox and see if that makes a difference

If I disable that I will breach the Computers TOS. So I am sorry but I can't disable Deep Freeze.
Private Browsing seems to work alright.

If it seems to work fine with private browsing enabled, try again to clear the browser cache from Firefox. Just to be sure it's done correctly, click the orange firefox tab then navigate to Options > Options. In the pop-up window, click the "Privacy" tab and click the "clear your recent history" link. In the next pop-up window that comes up, set "Time range to clear" to "Everything", then make sure the box for "Cache" is checked. All other boxes are optional. Once that's done, click the "Clear Now" button and restart the web browser then see if it still happens after this is completed. If that still doesn't work, look for any browser extensions you have installed and temporarily disable those to see if that helps

Sad to say, but after doing all of the above the issue is still happening. Something to do with the sub-board CSS I am starting to think.

If the issue no longer occurred in private browsing, I very much doubt that this could be the issue. Infinitely more likely that its something to do with your browser/something that is installed on your browser.

Hey pichu2pikachu2raichu, It's unlikely to be a CSS issue if it displays correctly in Private Browsing, and if that were the problem then we would see the large letters as well. Has your computer been restarted since this issue began occurring? Additionally, is it just the staff section that has the large letters? I ask because it seems from your screenshots that the boards above it display text correctly.

Yes computer just turned it on and logged in and this happened: (No ANY board that has a sub-board gets this large text) And sorry but it does happen in private browsing.

pichu2pikachu2raichu, I did notice that you're currently running Firefox version 16 - if you were to update to the latest version, do you still experience the large text? Mozilla makes minor adjustments to how the displaying of web pages is handled with every iteration of their software, so updating this way may solve your issue. They're currently on version 21.
