Plugins no longer work?

I was in the middle of editting my theme and went to go see how everything looked and I noticed all the plugins suddenly stopped working

Yootil Library
Simple RPG Stats
Prevent DN Change
Spoiler Tags
Different On/Off Icons for different boards(This is the first one I noticed that stopped working)

ic different on/off icons on your forum when i click on it (i think anyway), 
have you tried disabling them (that little check box next to them when you're in manage plugins) then re enabling them?

Yes I have, but for me, everything is disabled; I tried disabling, reenabling; I tried refreshing the page, cleared my cache/cookies

have you tried (drastic measure) copying what you have in them, deleting them, and the reuploading them? or at least doing this to the one that you last uploaded before they "broke"?

The last one I updated before they broke was my theme; I replaced 3 images, which I restored back to what it was to try and fix it

Hm, weird... has that plugin been updated to a new version lately?

The plugins look like they are working. It may be an issue with your browser. Have you changed anything? Could you try clearing the browser's cache and see if that helps.

Proboards moved some sites yesterday.  Mine was one of them and I have plug ins not working since the move.  Maybe they are connected.  I mentioned it in a thread 10 hours ago but haven't heard back.

Yes, theres still an issue, I have tried removing the plugins and re-adding them, nothing changes...I have tried clearing my cache/cookies for a 2nd time, and I have tried updating everything for my browser. No plugins show up for me on my website

The plugins that does not appear to be working at the moment are: hide avatar builder, simple RPG stats, Different On/Off Icons for Different Boards Settings. However, since the rest of the plugins appear to be working correctly, I would chalk that up to the plugin being malfunctional, not the forum.

How do I fix this issue?

I would contact the plugin authors and ask them! They coded it, so they're far more equipped to help you with any malfunction with the code then I would be.
