How often does the TOS section of ProBoards work? Is it only Monday thru Friday? or is it every day like Support is now?

This doesn't seem like a Support question.
All's we know is that all TOS reports are reviewed and checked for validity.

Yes I know, I am sorry. I tried PMing one of the other Global Mods but he logged off and instead of PMing everyone else I thought this may be easier for anyone that knew. Sorry if this is against rules.

Thanks just to add : from the support rules --> TOS stuff is not to be posted in support period. There is a TOS department that handles this. Even if it's not a TOS violation, it's better to send a report in then to send in nothing. All reports are investgated anyway..support is not part of TOS Dept.

So we're suggesting that this person email the TOS department asking them when they handle the reports? I don't see a better place for this than the support board. Questions about the TOS get asked and answered here all the time. It's only the actual reports that aren't allowed.

If after a report or 2 the site is still there, either the TOS people have decided the site is ok, or insifficent evidence has been presented. Sending the same thing over and over after beeing deemed as not a violation is likly to just get the individual banned from the main server where reports are sent from for spamming
