I asked why my board was delete the answer was TOC. No email and also pm'ed admins nothing back. The contacts on my board were mine and private I would like the list back .

The forum was deleted for a TOS violation. The forum will not be restored. 1 of the admin's already confirmed this. support.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=support&action=display&n=1&thread=48723&page=1#1141520312

Please create a new forum. Since the forum violated the Terms of Service it can not be restored.
